Dear Valued Customer,

 

Over the past week, each of us has been challenged by the unprecedented disruption that the COVID-19 outbreak has brought to every community, every company, and every family around the world.  We offer our deepest gratitude to the medical professionals, local health officials and governmental leaders as they work tirelessly to contain the spread of this virus.

 

We understand that many of you are facing difficult decisions each day regarding your ability to continue serving your customers.

 

Most recently, many communities where Mosaic | Marketing | Printing | Signage serves have announced new stay-at-home restrictions, directing non-essential businesses to suspend operations that cannot be handled remotely from home.

 

With the health and well being of our employees, customers and vendor partners our top priority, in response to these orders Mosaic will be curtailing our local operations temporarily, as soon as restrictions are relaxed we will be back to normal business as usual mode. 

 

Despite this unfortunate and unavoidable decision, we continue to operate sufficient production capacity across North America to serve you and we will make every effort to serve you by remote access. Mosaic has the most updated cloud technology which will allow us to service your needs. 

 

Please be reassured:

 

  • All submitted jobs will be produced and shipped. Teams and resources are in place to ensure the completion and delivery of all work in process before these suspensions take effect.
     

  • Our team is executing contingency plans today for automated rerouting of all new jobs to other facilities in our network that continue to operate.
     

  • Our Customer Service team is working remotely and continuing to support all customers. 
     

  • Beginning today, Customer Service will be available 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday,

  • We are working to limit potential impacts to production turnaround times. However, changes in shipping times will be unavoidable. We are doing everything we can to keep all customers informed and updated.
